What is your online return policy?
Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:
- All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
How can I return a product purchased online?
Items purchased online must be returned within 14 days from the original date of purchase. After 14 days all sales are final and merchandise will not be eligible for return. Please follow the return instructions below:
1. Items must be returned in the original packaging materials along with the original receipt.
2. Print and include the invoice received in your order confirmation in the return packaging.
3. List the items you are returning along with the reason for the return.
Returns will be processed approximately within 7-14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed, inspected and approved for resale. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Please note any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Bryan Samuel does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that the returned package(s) are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged.
How do I exchange an item purchased online?
At this time, bryansamuel.com does not offer exchanges for returned merchandise. We suggest you return the item you wish to exchange for a refund using the required conditions and guidelines listed in our Online Return Policy at the top of this page and place a new order on bryansamuel.com. Please note new orders are subject to merchandise availability.
Are delivery charges refundable?
Any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase or return are non-refundable.
